1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BetrSlip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use BetrSlip.

2. Description of Service

BetrSlip is a sports betting analytics platform that provides AI-powered analysis of bet slips. The Service includes bet slip image analysis, win probability calculations, expected value assessments, injury and weather intelligence, and other analytical tools. BetrSlip does not accept, place, or facilitate any wagers or bets.

3. No Guarantee of Results

BetrSlip provides analysis and opinions based on statistical models and AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction, probability, or recommendation. Sports betting involves inherent risk, and past performance does not indicate future results.

You acknowledge that:

• All betting decisions are made solely by you
• BetrSlip is not responsible for any financial losses from wagers placed
• Win probabilities are estimates, not guarantees
• You should never bet more than you can afford to lose

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Free accounts have limited analysis usage. Pro subscriptions provide expanded access and are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@betrslip.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Redistribute analysis results commercially without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BetrSlip (including text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software) are owned by BetrSlip and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetrSlip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Responsible Gambling

BetrSlip supports responsible gambling. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
